A mi me funciona el link, pero te dejo otro por si no puedes descargarlo por ese:

De todas formas tienes que borrar todo lo que pone antes de "http://" en la barra de dirección o sino copiar la dirección y pegarla en la barra de dirección en lugar de pinchar directamente en el link, porque sino te redirecciona a otro sitio.
