small portrait animated in select screen

I usually learn most of the mugen codes alone, but lately I want to produce a certain effect on the character selection screen and find no tutorial or open file to study the codes.

Does anyone know how to encode the mugen to achieve this effect?

Pues si hay un screenpack de Mortal Kombat con el select con ese efecto descárgalo es solo cuestión de ver un poco el system.def y copiar ese código y probar no?

this is the idea. However, I can not study the codes, because the whole game is encrypted.

So I created this post. It goes that someone appears and knows how to do this.
The effect is very cool. It would be cool for the screenpacks of saint seiya.
